Q: DOES RAPID RESPONSE TAKE MY INSURANCE?
A: Yes. We accept most major insurance companies.

Q: DOES RAPID RESPONSE SEE PEOPLE WITH NO INSURANCE?
A: We at Rapid Response are eager to see any person who walks in our doors without insurance.  The cost of a basic visit is set at an affordable $150.00.  If you require x-rays or lab work, we will work with you to get you the care you need at an affordable price.

Q: DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?
A: Yes, we accept cash and credit cards.

Q: WHAT ABOUT GOVERNMENT INSURANCE?
A: We accept Medicare.  However please note that at this time we do not accept Medicaid.

Q: WHAT AGE PATIENTS DO YOU SEE?
A: We are capable of seeing children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.  Please note that we do not provide pediatric well visits, routine childhood vaccinations, or school physicals.  We feel strongly that most pediatric care must be handled through your child’s Pediatrician.  We will see your child for other of life’s “little emergencies”  when you can’t make it to your doctor.  We are also happy to refer you to a great local pediatrician, if needed.

Q: CAN RAPID RESPONSE BECOME MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR?
A: No.  At this time we are only offering Urgent Care services.  If however you are experiencing a problem and cannot be seen by your doctor in a timely fashion, please feel free to stop by.
